Ms Josefina Ignacio, Director - Guest Experience And Innovation, Cebu Pacific Air

Josefina (Apple) Ignacio is Director, Guest Experience and Innovation of Cebu Pacific Air.  She joined the airline in 1999, where she held various positions in the Commercial Division.  She started her airline journey with the Advertising Group then moved to Product and Route Development.  In 2005, she was part of the Revenue Management team that kicked off Cebu Pacific as a high quality, low cost carrier.  Her experience in being in the forefront of marketing and at the back-side doing flight inventory led her to her present role – meeting the needs of guests at all contact points, ensuring that the guests experience the Cebu Pacific “fun” way of doing things while the team also have fun performing their tasks.  This requires development of innovative products and services that are aligned with the airline blueprint, and carrying them out in an efficient manner.
