Judging Process: Entries are open till 18 March 2011. All nominations for each category will be forwarded to the independent panel of judges for review. Selections for the highly commended and the short list for each category will be determined purely on the basis of the submission from the entrant or nominee. Winners are announced at the Awards Cocktail.
