Exhibitor Warning

It has been brought to our attention that there are fraudulent companies contacting participants, offering to “sell” our Attendee List or requesting data or money for misleading directory or event services.

Some examples of companies we know about include:

• Frank Wilson (Frank.Wilson@optimaglobesolution.com) from an organisation claiming to be called, Optima Global Solution

• Sarah Glenn (pro1@visitorsprofile.com)

• Hailey Carter (hailey.carter@eventexposhowcase.com) from an organisation claiming to be called, Event Expo Showcase

• Karen Bob (karenbob@myyahoo.com)

• Isabella Adams (isabella.adams@conferencepeaks.com) from an organisation claiming to be called, Conference Peaks

• Ila Wright (ila.wright@manageeventdata.com) from an organisation claiming to be called, Manage Event Data

We suspect there may be others also involved in this type of scam.

None of these companies are affiliated with Terrapinn or Total Telecom.

The ONLY genuine emails you will receive from Submarine Networks EMEA will either be from our company Terrapinn or Total Telecom, our event app, or our social sharing company Snoball.

Unfortunately, this is quite a common scam within the exhibition industry where the organiser publishes an exhibitor list on its website and event app. We would like to reassure all our clients that we NEVER sell or share our attendee data. Therefore, anyone claiming to be in possession of our attendee lists or acting as our agent to sell our data is fraudulent.

We have received copies of some of the emails they are sending and are investigating the organisations involved, but if you have any further information or you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.
