Philip Law is currently Regional Vice President, Asia Pacific, Global Business Development for Discover Financial Services. Prior to his current appointment he was Vice President, International Acceptance-Asia Pacific, responsible for growing the acceptance in ASEAN, Indo China and Australia.

Before Discover Financial Services, Philip was the Head of Regional Business Development for China UnionPay's Southeast Asia's office. As the first international hire of China UnionPay, Philip spear-headed and, is credited for the initiation, development and growing traction for both acquiring and, issuing across more than 13 countries in ASEAN, South ASIA, and the Pacific Islands.
