Gen Lehn, Regional Business Development Director, CrayonGroup

Gen Lehn started her career in Milan working for globally recognized brands such as Versus, Fiorucci and Luisa Beccaria. In 2006 she moved to Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, where she was a pioneer of establishing luxury fashion and cosmetic scene in the market. As the head of fashion of the most important fashion media group she participated in the launch of the first international fashion titles, while she helped to restructure and design the local fashion magazines to more international standards. Subsequently, as General Director of Southeast Asia’s leading luxury cosmetic giant, Luxasia she has become General Director of three Luxasia companies, including a Joint Venture with LVMH, for which she took part in the development of terms and cost-structure on Christian Dior, Benefit Cosmetics and Make-up Forever. She has launched and successfully managed prominent brands such as Dior, Benefit, Coty fragrances (CK, Marc Jacobs, Vera Wang, Davidoff, Chloe) Guerlain, and for fashion: Coach. She was nominated by Coach International (New York) to be the Managing Director of the brand in Vietnam market. Currently she had joined INDO+SUISSE Pte Ltd, a watch and cosmetic distributor company in Singapore, that is managing brands, such as Jaeger LeCoultre, Breguet, Blancpain, Tag Heuer or Tissot, Raymond Weil and cosmetics such as Bottega Verde and Glossip Milano in 5 markets.
