Tran Nhat Minh, Chief Digital Officer, Vietnam International Bank

Mr Tran Nhat Minh is Deputy Chief Executive Officer come Chief Digital Officer of Vietnam International bank (VIB). Prior to joining VIB, Mr. Minh held significant management positions such as General Director, Managing Director, Chief Information Officer, and Chief Operating Officer. He is an expert at Business Administration and Information Technology with more than 10 years’ experience of overseas working experience in launching projects related to developing IT, restructuring, and optimizing operation models. Mr. Minh is currently responsible for planning IT strategy, directly monitoring projects which are applied IT solutions, applying the most innovative technologies as a foundation for risk management, improving productivity, increasing revenue, enhance services quality and customer experience. In May 2006, he was appointed Chief Digital Officer with the mission to make VIB one of the leading digital banks in Vietnam. 

With the enormous contributions from Mr. Minh and other members of the Board of Management, VIB has been rewarded the “bank of the Year – 20015” by the Banker Magazine of the Financial Times, London, UK – one of the most reputable global newspapers on economics, finance and business news.
