Born on June 16, 1952 in Thanh Hoa province of VietNam. Dr. Nguyen Thi Tong has 40-year experience in the trade and industry sectors, specializing in the leather and footwear industry, retail sector. She obtained both economic engineer and Ph.D.of Science in the Kiev Technological Institute of Light Industry, Ucraina. Dr. Tong is an experienced trainer on technology, production, competitiveness, business management including corporate social responsibility. Dr. Nguyen Thi Tong had hold various positions in the trade and industry sectors (She ís Former Vice Chairwoman and General Secretary of Vietnam Leather and Footwear Asociation (LEFASO VietNam)) and currently been Chief of Secretary Group of Association of Vietnam Retailers (AVR), Chairperson of Sales and Customer Care Club (SCCC)
