Nguyen Phu Vinh is an Electrical Systems Engineer having studies at the University of Technology in Hochiminh City (1995); He also has a Masters of International Business Administration - AIT (2009).
Nguyen Phu Vinh has 22 years of experience at the Electricity Corporation of Ho Chi Minh City (EVNHCM). Main positions have been the Deputy Head of Business Department of EVNHCM (2006 - 2008), the Deputy Director of Binh Phu Electricity Company (2009-2013) and the Deputy Director of Information Technology Company (2013-2014); From 2014 up to now he has been the Head of Sales Department of EVN.
