Ninh Do is the Head of Customer Franchise for Citi Vietnam, in charge of Digital, Marketing, Customer Experience and Data Analytics, with over 10 years of experience in the banking industry. She was one of the founding members to launch Citi Consumer Business. Prior to Citi, she was working for HSBC.
Ninh's greatest strengths are creativity, drive and leadership. She thrives on challenges, particularly those that make an impact to the consumer and community. Her most recent achievements are leading her Digital team to win Best Digital Bank 2015, 2016 by Finance Asia, Best Social Media For Retail Bank 2016 by Asset Triple A and an internal Citi regional awards for Digital Card Sales 2016. Her proudest project was an internal Lean project and being Staff Chairwomen 2014-2015 where she led cross functional teams to cultivate company culture and staff engagement as well as efficiency enhancement.
