Working with strong leaders and retailers throughout her career has allowed her to develop a strong track record of coaching strong teams, creating and delivering soft and hard skill training sessions and successfully working with teams to create a successful retail business. Miche has had a unique experience in working her way up through her current employer, LUSH, from New York, Las Vegas and now Dubai.   Miche gets her energy from seeing her team evolve, challenge themselves and grow. She has been a lucky receiver of Lollipop moments and strives to do the same with all the staff she interacts with! Her loves outside of work are travel, art, movies and having a really good laugh.
