L.C. Switchgear, LCS, have a long history of producing DC switchgear, used extensively in safety critical applications for the rail industry. This is exemplified by our extensive list of Network Rail and London Underground approved products. Our products have been used for trackside isolation and bonding as well as depots and battery storage facilities. As well as an extensive range of products our skilled design department can develop either variations or completely custom designed equipment.

Recently LCS acquired Carville Switchgear, a high quality supplier of bespoke LVAC distribution panels. Again, many of the applications are for safety critical situations such as changeover panels for hospitals, ensuring continuity of supply in the event of a power outage.
