Vivian is an educator by profession and worked at De La Salle Lipa, Lipa City for 18 years and decided to have her early retirement the age of 42. She has been as a community immersionist at Findhorn Foundation, Fores, Scotland. Currently, she is researcher and a professor in the College of Education at First Asia Institute of Technology and Humanities, Tanauan City, Batangas. She serves as the Corporate Secretary of the Network of CALABARZON Educational Institutions, Inc., and a member of the Toastmaster International. She is a resource speaker and teacher-trainer in various topics such as curriculum development, research, blended learning, differentiated instruction, peace education and positive psychology. She earned her Ph. D in Applied Cosmic Anthropology at Asian Social Institute in Malate, Manila. With her strong passion for learning, she is now pursuing her second doctorate degree in Educational Management at Jose Rizal University, Mandaluyong City.
