Michelle Hoffmann is an incurable educationalist, fervent dreamer of 'what can be' and advocate for 'chasing the why'. With an inquisitive mind and a deep-rooted desire to be a change agent for Education in South Africa, Michelle has used her nocturnal habits to pursue further interests through study at Harvard University and the University of Michigan to complete a MicroMasters in Educational Innovation and Data Handling for Educational Enhancements. She has also recently joined the incredible team at Beaulieu College as a teacher. Michelle has been in the educational sector for over a decade, aged not only by the responsibility that comes with being an educator but also by publishing Commerce textbooks and being on the examining panel for the NSC of her specialised subject. As a wife and mom of 3, Michelle understands the real life-challenges faced by teachers and therefore her approach to all topics of innovation is practical and time-efficient, whilst being grounded in research of successful innovations from around the world.
