I have an Air Traffic Management career spanning 18 years, encompassing Air Traffic Control, Configuration Control, Airspace Design, Route Design, and Air Traffic Flow Management. I am responsible for planning, organising and coordinating the demand for ATM services within the South African region in order to satisfy the reasonable requirements of the aviation community. 
I ensure that the strategic, pre-tactical and tactical elements of ATFM are carried out. I liaise and negotiate with airspace users and ATNS representatives in regard to the functions and services provided by the Central Airspace Management Unit.
