Dr. Marcel Koerting is a fully qualified German layer working for more than 15 year as in-house Legal and Compliance Counsel in different industrial companies in Germany, Luxembourg and Switzerland.

Currently he is the Regional Compliance Head for Novo Nordisk Region Europe located in Zurich (CH) responsible for the implementation of the Global Compliance Plan in Europe.

Marcel is particularly responsible for HCP/HCO relationships and respective transparency and disclosure obligations. Marcel holds a German PhD and a LL.M. from UK and is part of different compliance and lawyers networks.
