A civil engineer with specialization in environmental engineering, Daniel Scheven practiced as an engineer before he went into private equity and venture capital for fourteen years where he took on both executive roles within portfolio companies as well as working on the investment management side. Before co-founding AcrEnergy four years ago Daniel, prior companies Daniel have worked for include a portfolio company of the US buyout house Hicks Muse Tate and Furst, and Carbon Trust Investments, UK’s leading investor in clean technology.
