Chesterfield Biogas

Award winning Chesterfield BioGas Limited (CBG) is a member company of Pressure Technologies plc (PT) – a leading designer and manufacturer of speciality engineering solutions for high-pressure systems serving major global markets. CBG was established within the PT group in 2008 to provide turnkey biogas upgrading systems in the UK and Ireland. At its formation, CBG was a division of Chesterfield Special Cylinders Ltd (CSC). Now a separate operating company within the PT group, the relationship is still relevant, as CSC was involved in some of the earliest projects in the world where CNG or biomethane was upgraded and stored.
