Marion commenced her aviation commercial career in Ireland working with Aer Rianta,  renowned for its aggressive approach to generating airport commercial revenue.  Marion worked  in retail management at Sydney Airport and has assisted numerous other airports with terminal and retail planning as an Aviation Consultant with aviation planning and management specialists, Airbiz.  Marion is also highly experienced operationally having held the role of  Head of  Passenger Facilitation for Sydney Airport and this combined with her current role as General Manager Commercial and Terminals for Gold Coast airport make her uniquely placed to understand the balance between an efficient passenger journey experience and improved revenue streams.
