It would be a dream come true for a company like Nike or Apple to have their customers occupied in their store for hours on end.

Passengers on airlines have the ability to be occupied for hours on end as well, but are airlines doing enough to sell to the passenger and are they effectively using all channels of communication and distribution? How can I make my airline think I'm like Amazon?
