Ramu working as a Group CTO at TONIK Financial Pte Ltd (Tonik Bank) Singapore and heading Digital Banking Information (Technology & Operation) Organization. Ramu brings over 17+ years of information technology enterprise architecture and innovative product development, IT Operations, and IT Security experience in both digital/legacy banking and telco having held various positions in SI’s/Fintech with modern thought, open fintech innovation driven value culture. Ramu building the first neo-bank in SEA ‘Tonik bank’ from ground-up (green field) from the   day-1 and heading the Technology, Operation, Security (InfoSec) and Procurement Management divisions for the bank. Prior to joining TONIK, he was an IT Director (Digital Transformation) with Capgemini Pte Ltd, Singapore and manage the Large Digital Transformation programme for the Leading Telco in Malaysia. He has architected  dozen of  award winning digital channel transformation and Mobile banking for the banks across SEA.
