A/Prof. Anna Cherylle Ramos has been in the field of instructional technology for more than two decades in various capacities and appointments. She is a certified eLearning Specialist through a scholarship grant from the Federal Government of Germany and Global Campus 21 e-academy, and a Digital Leadership and Innovative Teaching alumna of the distinguished Australian Fellowship Awards (2015) from Queensland University of Technology (QUT). She is currently appointed as the Director of the Educational Technology Center of the University of Santo Tomas (UST) supervising the UST Cloud Campus Project where she specializes in massive-wide eLearning management for the oldest university in Asia with an average online deployment of 46,000 students and 2500 academic staff per academic term. As an eLearning leader, she ensures the professional development of the teaching workforce in the appropriate use of technology across the wide spectrum of online remote delivery modes. She has worked with UNESCO ICT for Education (Bangkok) and among Philippine teacher education institutions as Resource and Distribution Training Center (RDTC) coordinator in the promotion of the use of open and free educational resources (OERs). Currently, she is elected as the President and Member of the Board of Trustees of the Philippine eLearning Society spearheading an exemplary league of eLearning professionals in the advancement of online technologies in the country.
