Dr.Malini Eliatamby is the Deputy President (Operations) for INCEIF. She is the Recipient of the 2015 National Outstanding Educator Award. Prior to this, she was the Chief Academic Officer for INTI International University and Colleges, overseeing the Malaysia operations. She is the 2017 Blackboard Catalyst Award winner for Professional Development, the 2018 Blackboard Catalyst Award winner for Leading Change and an appointed MQA panel member for the review of standards for open distance learning programs.
She brings with her 22 years of experience in higher education administration, e learning, managing academic operations and strategy. She has successfully transitioned INTI to a highly digital institution. In her various roles, she helped shape INTI's academic model by designing the professional development programs for faculty, drove the transition from face to face learning to a blended and online learning leveraging on analytics. She also shaped the student experience in learning at INTI. She was responsible for the change management at INTI. She also led the team to develop MOOCs. She now leads the team at INCEIF in growth, expansion and business development initiatives, business continuity and operations.
She is an international speaker and a conference presenter. She has consulted on academia, digital transformation, change management, curriculum, education technology projects, academic processes and personalization of learning. She is a Former Member of the Laureate Academic Council and AMEA Council and a Member of Global Mindset Advisory Board, Sydney
