With a career spanning over two decades, Naaz Bax is a seasoned leader in the submarine cable and telecommunications industries, holding pivotal roles across operations, marketing, strategic partnerships, and executive leadership. Her work has consistently focused on driving visibility, building meaningful global relationships, and strengthening the connective fabric of the telecom ecosystem. Naaz previously led all global conferences, events, and marketing initiatives at Seaborn Networks, where her deep industry relationships and market insight helped establish the company as a highly recognisable presence in the subsea sector. She has also previously held leadership positions at Cambridge Management Consulting, Connectbase and EdgeUno. As Founder & CEO of Team Bax, Naaz supports telecom and tech sector clients with strategic growth, transformation, and engagement through marketing and events. Her work extends beyond business: Naaz is an active board member of Women in World Trade – New England, a contributor to SubOptic’s Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging initiative, and a committed advocate for mentoring the next generation of telecom professionals through her role on the PTC Beyond Committee. In 2022, she was appointed to the Pacific Telecommunications Council (PTC) Advisory Council, where she now serves as Chair.
