In 35 years since completing his master’s degrees in physics and telecommunication (complemented with an MBA degree), Bertrand Clesca has worked for three long-haul optical transport/system equipment suppliers (Alcatel, Corvis and Xtera) and one network consultancy prior to joining Pioneer Consulting holding various expert roles in New Business Development, Sales, Marketing, Project Management, Product Line Management and R&D. As Partner in Pioneer Consulting, Bertrand focuses his time on assisting investors and developers for multiple telecom infrastructure projects worldwide with technical, commercial, and strategic guidance.
