DigitalTrains™- Railway Design Optimisation Made Easy

DigitalTrains™ is a cloud based software for modeling railway infrastructure, rolling stock and sub systems as a combined system developed in partnership with Oleo International.

DigitalTrains™ allows for the creation and assessment of a virtual representation of rail networks and trains including Light rail, Metro, Main line, High speed, Freight, and Locomotives, enabling informed decisions to be made at an early stage of a project.

VAMPIRE Pro + Oleo longitudinal dynamics

• The software incorporates the VAMPIRE Pro railway dynamics engine - a respected multi-body simulation tool used by rail vehicle designers and researchers for detailed vehicle dynamics, wheel-rail contact and suspension behaviours.
• It also embeds Oleo’s longitudinal dynamics code, which is specialised for modelling longitudinal forces, impacts and coupler interactions.

DigitalTrains™ uses well-validated simulation kernels that are similar in sophistication to engineering tools used by OEMs, test labs and consultants - but presented in a more accessible and shareable format.
