SubOptic 2025 Media Pass Form

We welcome Media Partners to SubOptic 2025 in Lisbon. To make the event more accessible to you, we are offering a special subsidised conference registration fee of US$1,000 (before Portuguese VAT at 23% for all non-Portuguese residents). Each partner organisation will be able to apply for up to two  discounted passes.

This fee will give you full access to the entire event and all official networking functions. It does not include travel and accommodation.
