Mateusz is Senior Director of Power & Renewables at Cognite - a global industrial AI SaaS company, where he works with a number of energy players driving their digitalization programs.

In the last 15 years, Mateusz was an Executive Board member at an international NGO (BEST), worked for a few Fortune 500 companies (GE, Whirlpool), co-built a unicorn (Cognite), and supported energy transition efforts as a Future Energy Leader at World Energy Council. At General Electric, he worked across the design, manufacturing, and fleet support of one of the most advanced power generation technologies.
At the World Energy Council, he collaborates with other global leaders to develop strategies and advocate for these low-carbon energy approaches.

At Cognite, he develops Industrial AI software that enables energy transition through the use of digital technologies and AI - harnessing the power of Generative AI, enabling digital twin creation, remote and autonomous operations, and contextualizing complex industrial data. Mateusz holds an MSc in Mechanical and Power Engineering from Gdansk University of Technology and KTH Royal Institute of Technology from Stockholm, Sweden.
