Manuel Pessanha is a seasoned energy professional and the Founder & CEO of Synertics, a company specialising in innovative solutions for the renewable energy sector. With a Master’s in Energy Management from ESCP Business School and a Bachelor of Commerce from Saint Mary's University, Manuel combines a robust academic background with over a decade of hands-on experience in the energy industry.  Before establishing Synertics, Manuel held key roles such as Transaction Manager for Renewables at KGAL GmbH & Co. KG as well as Senior Asset Manager, where he was instrumental in managing and strategizing renewable energy investments. His expertise spans financial modelling, project management, and strategic planning, focusing on tools like the PPA Evaluation Tool to address market risks and enhance investment stability.

Manuel’s career reflects a deep commitment to advancing renewable energy, evident from his work in mitigating market challenges and contributing to industry discussions on energy transition dynamics. His multilingual skills and international experience further bolster his ability to lead and innovate in the global energy market.
