Sarah is the Senior Representative, Policy and Investment for GOGLA in Nigeria where she supports the organization’s policy agenda, deepens member partnerships and drives the development of an enabling investment environment for the off-grid solar sector in Nigeria. She brings a wealth of experience in renewable energy policy, donor coordination and cross-border stakeholder engagement, working with governments, regulators, development partners and private sector players to advance clean energy access. Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Management from Imperial College London and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations and Economics from the University of Reading, United Kingdom. Before joining GOGLA, Sarah led stakeholder relations and strategy at ENGIE Energy Access Nigeria, contributing to key national policy dialogues and major results-based financing programs that expanded off-grid access in Nigeria. Her work focused on business strategy design, strengthening responsible market growth, securing funding opportunities and supporting the business to deliver at scale. She is passionate about inclusive energy transition that impacts all lives. Aside from being passionate about clean energy access, she also enjoys art and music. Sarah currently resides in Lagos, Nigeria.
