Bimantara is a student research team affiliated with a university, specializing in the development of Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) technologies. The team comprises students from various engineering disciplines and conducts focused research in three main UAV platforms: Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL), Racing Plane, and Fixed Wing.
Our research initiatives are closely integrated with the Indonesian Flying Robot Contest (KRTI), a prestigious national UAV competition organized by the Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology of the Republic of Indonesia (Kemendikditsaintek). Through this platform, Bimantara develops UAV systems that combine autonomous navigation, intelligent control, and aerodynamic efficiency, while ensuring affordability for academic and research purposes.
With a commitment to advancing UAV innovation in Indonesia, Bimantara seeks to provide accessible, reliable, and high-performance aerial solutions. Our efforts not only support academic and student-led research, but also aim to contribute to broader technological applications. Innovation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and continuous improvement remain the foundation of our mission.
