With nearly 15 years of progressive leadership in the food and beverage industry, I bring a diverse portfolio of expertise spanning R&D, sustainability, ESG, quality, and continuous improvement. My career journey has taken me across Europe and the Middle East, where I have successfully led innovation, product renovation, implementation, and sustainable development awards wining initiatives for global and regional markets. Currently, I serve as the Group Sustainability & ESG Manager at Agthia Group PJSC, steering the company’s sustainability agenda and ESG strategy. My prior roles include leadership positions at multination industry giants such as Nestlé, Kraft Heinz, and Beyti a joint venture between PepsiCo Global and Almarai where I served as Regional Head of ESG and Category Product Development Manager. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded the launch of over 35 brands and product portfolios, driving growth across international markets. My work has been recognized with five prestigious regional awards for achievements in Circular Economy, Sustainable Product Innovation, Value Engineering, and Operational Excellence. Academically, I hold an MBA in Global Business and Marketing from Paris ESLSCA Business School in Cairo and a B.Sc. in Food Science and Processing Technology from Cairo University. I am currently pursuing a Doctorate in Business Administration (DBA) with a specialization in Corporate Sustainability. Additionally, I hold multiple professional certifications, including a Diploma in Statistics for TQM from the American University in Cairo and a Project Management Diploma through a joint program between Brooklyn Academy (USA) and the Canadian Academy in Cairo. I am passionate about driving purpose-led innovation, building resilient business models, and accelerating the transition to a sustainable, circular future.
