Solar Accreditation Australia provides nationally recognised accreditation for professionals working with consumer energy resources, including solar, batteries, and smart energy systems. 

Our accreditation is more than a credential – it’s a commitment to quality, safety, and future-ready energy solutions. It serves as the trusted benchmark for competency and expertise in the small-scale renewable sector. 

Any individual who wishes to design or install Grid Connected Photovoltaic Systems (GCPV), Grid Connected Battery Storage (GCBS) or Standalone Power Systems (SPS), must be accredited under the SAA Scheme in order to be eligible for small-scale technology certificates (STCs). In addition, many state-based rebate programs require the installer to be an Accredited Person.
