Jayne MacDougall is the Executive Director of the Phuket Hotels Association, a non-profit organization representing 100 member hotels committed to environmental sustainability, community support, and promoting Phuket as a premier destination. With over 20 years of expertise in hospitality, sustainability, and risk management, she has spearheaded initiatives such as the Green Planet School Farm Project and PHIST, Asia’s leading sustainability learning event for hotels. A dedicated advocate for environmental and social impact, Jayne also leads the PHAB Scholarship Program, which has supported 93 local students. Her efforts continue to drive industry-wide change through collaboration and innovation.
