Dominic Hans Egger: Purpose-Driven Hospitality Leader Dominic Hans Egger is a distinguished hospitality leader with over three decades of experience in the global hospitality industry. Known for his innovative thinking, commitment to sustainability, and guest-focused leadership, Dominic has successfully shaped the future of the hospitality sector, driving business success through high-performance teams, operational excellence, and a keen understanding of emerging trends. Currently, Dominic serves as the Director of Operations for Wyndham Destination / Travel and Lesiure Co in Thailand (since February 2023), where he oversees multiple resorts, spearheading financial growth and fostering leadership development. He’s played a key role in aligning corporate objectives with owner expectations, ensuring long-term sustainability and profitability across the region. As the General Manager of Wyndham Grand Phuket Kalim Bay (since December 2017), Dominic has led the resort to become Wyndham’s flagship property in Southeast Asia, successfully implementing a dynamic digital marketing strategy that doubled the resort's ADR from 2018 to 2024. He also restructured operations, reducing staff by 30% while improving guest satisfaction and securing prestigious international awards. Previously, as General Manager of Holiday Inn Resort Penang (2015-2017), Dominic's leadership was instrumental in enhancing guest satisfaction and property improvements, including major refurbishments and launching new facilities, resulting in multiple prestigious awards and recognitions.
