He has led high-performing teams in the delivery of Australia’s largest public-to-private bus contract transitions and, more recently, has been instrumental in the development and implementation of large-scale fleet transformations, including electric and low-emission vehicles, operational facility management, and end-to-end asset lifecycle programs.
