Anthony Weinberg is the 3-Council Regional Environment Program Manager, overseeing sustainability initiatives across Randwick, Waverley, and Woollahra Councils. With 20 years of experience in both the public and private sectors, he has developed extensive expertise in designing and implementing sustainability projects, including solar, renewable purchasing, electric vehicles and energy efficiency. Anthony co-authored Leading the Charge: The Eastern Suburbs EV Infrastructure Strategy and is responsible for the implementation of the strategy’s action plan. The 3-Councils were the first to deliver a network of public EV charging stations in NSW and he and his team have overseen the growth in public charging to over 300 charging spaces. As of June 2025, 80% of residents now live within 8 min walk of a charging station.
