Andrea is a passionate advocate for energy transition and community engagement, with over 20 years of experience in energy-saving technologies, project management, and business development. Her expertise spans electric vehicle (EV) policy, fleet transition planning, and charging infrastructure deployment, working closely with local and state governments, commercial fleets, and building managers. A skilled strategist and communicator, Andrea writes extensively on EV adoption, charging solutions, and sustainable fleet transition. She brings deep knowledge of EV hardware and software, regulatory frameworks, and funding incentives, along with hands-on experience in stakeholder engagement, grant writing, and renewable energy projects. Beyond her work in clean energy, Andrea is a dedicated community builder and social entrepreneur. She founded the Make-Do Library of Things, a thriving social enterprise that engaged 30+ volunteers and 200+ members in its first year. Her innovative leadership earned her the "Innovator of the Year" award from Wollongong City Council in 2020.  Driven by values of connection, community, and wholehearted action, Andrea is committed to advancing a net-zero future.
