Dr. Ornicha Anuchitchanchai is a Senior Research Fellow at the Chulalongkorn University Transportation Institute (CUTI), where she has led research on urban mobility, informal transport systems, and electric vehicle (EV) adoption since 2019. Her work focuses on promoting sustainable and inclusive mobility in Southeast Asian cities by integrating urban planning with public transport policies. With expertise in motorcycle taxi systems, user behavior, and policy analysis related to EV adoption, Ornicha investigates the social, economic, and governance factors shaping mobility transitions. She has worked with national agencies and international partners, including GIZ and Columbia University, to support participatory planning and just mobility transitions. As a passionate advocate for sustainable urban mobility, Ornicha continues to conduct research aimed at understanding and addressing the challenges of transportation in urban areas. Through her research and commitment to positive change, contributing to the betterment of urban communities.
