He has significantly contributed to multi-billion-dollar mega-projects across diverse sectors, including infrastructure, residential, commercial, high-rise, and entertainment. This includes iconic developments like Africa's tallest mixed-use tower, The Iconic Tower, Tawila Island Resort, and luxurious hospitality ventures (Movenpick, Sphinx, Mercure, Sofitel, Fairmont, Raffles). His proven ability to forge successful collaborations with sovereign authorities, top-tier developers, and consultants ensures seamless project execution from inception to completion, consistently delivering exceptional guest experiences. A recognized leader, Kamal holds an M.Sc. in Civil Engineering, a Project Management Diploma from AUC, and a double-major MBA from ESLSCA Paris Business School, he is currently pursuing MRICS. An accredited professional, holding numerous certifications including PMP, RMP, CCP, PSP, CLAC, P3O, PMO-CP, and ACIArb. Serving as an Advocate Mediator at The Mediation Hub MENA, a member of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA) Young International Arbitration Group (YIAG), the Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution (CEDR), the Middle East Facility Management Association (MEFMA), and the African Arbitration Association (AFAA), demonstrating his commitment to professional development. Kamal frequently speaks and presents, sharing insights at events such as Big 5 Construct Egypt, EGYPES, the Global Project Management Forum in Riyadh, and the Construction Contracts & Dispute Resolution Forum in Dubai.
