Vladislavs Mironovs is responsible for driving CBD Group digital transformation and innovation. He has over two decades of experience in financial services. Prior to joining CBD, Vlad developed a digital challenger bank in the Baltics, Citadele, and launched the payments and BNPL FinTech arm, Klix. His previous experience also includes various leadership positions at GE Capital across multiple geographies, including the UK and USA. Vlad holds an Executive MBA from Riga Business School.
