Ghaith Khzai is a distinguished figure at Renewable Energy Market in the Middle-East region; nevertheless, he also has a proven record in developing and implementation of more than 304 MWp PV plants at Distribution Grids; on the other hand, he handled lot of Mega Projects, Programs, & Portfolio in Renewable, High Voltage, Extra High Voltage of more than 5 GW, & Smart Systems/Digital Platforms including Smart Grid & Advanced Metering-Infrastructure- AMI, etc.

Engineer GK is deeply involved at Smart Meters & relevant systems of AMI including Head-End Systems [HES] & Meters Data Management [MDM] from both of Technical & Commercial aspects; he has diversified experience as he worked in deep technical details of Engineering, Testing, & Commissioning at Jordan National Grid NEPCO [2001-2005] & Engineering Dept. Director at Electricity Distribution Company – EDCO [2010 – 2013], Nevertheless, he worked at both of International Giants: Siemens Energy [2005-2010], & ABB Power Grid [2013-2016]; and deeper in PV industry with Kawar Energy [2016-2021], Jordan; recently in 2021, he accepted new challenge of Smart Grid Digitation and Virtual Power Plants in Jordan Electricity [JEPCO]; amongst all of this, he performed his missions throughout plenty of Arabian Gulf utilities in Jordan, Saudi Arabia, UAE, & Qatar [SEC, ARAMCO, NG, QP, ADNOC, TRANSCO, ADDC, AADC, DEWA, NEPCO, EDCO, & JEPCO].

Since 2010, GK commenced focusing on recent & modern industries of Photo-Voltaic Power Plants and Distribution Grids Automation, this included developing and validation of revised Distribution Code, Distributed Generation, Intermittent Power Supplies Specifications, Renewable Energy Guideline Book, Grid Impact Studies, Smart Meters, & Grid Digitization; nevertheless, he is an advisor and Public Speaker at several agencies/organizations of TV Channels, Event Organizers, & Technical Bodies, including Engineers Australia, Siemens Training Campus, PMI, TuV Rhineland, etc.; nevertheless, He Holds Bachelor Degree in Electric Power Technology, & Master Degree of Power System Protection & Automation of Staffordshire University at Alstom Grid Training Campus.

Academic Qualifications; Ghaith has equivalent to Master Degree of Power Engineering – Analysis & Protection of Power Systems APPS - from Stafford University combined with Alstom Grid Qualification Program, in Staffordshire, Midlands; UK; & BSc Degree of Electrical Power Technology.
