Arwa Temim is heading the investment strategy of Empower New Energy and adaptation of its value proposition to North African market based on regulations and country specifics.
She was previously working in the Norwegian Continental Shelf– (DNO) as the business development manager in technical, commercial , transactional and operational projects in the Energy sector, with extensive prior experience in Africa, Middle east and Europe.
Arwa is a development engineer and has experience in contractual negotiation and project implementation as well as in business development. She has also an EMBA in Energy and the high exposure to the renewable energy market trends particularly in Africa.
She is currently developing and delivering Empower New Energy’s current project pipeline, managing the operations and driving the company's growth in North Africa.
