Tidiani Jeff Tall is the CEO of Lidera Green Power, a renewable energy IPP that develops grid-connected solar projects in Madagascar. He has over 25 years of experience in various industries, including energy, building materials, supply chain and logistics, and elevators and escalators.

He is a business performance improvement specialist, with a track record of turning around underperforming organizations or projects, negotiating strategic partnerships, and facilitating team building and leadership development. He has applied his expertise in several African countries, such as Senegal, Kenya, and Nigeria, where he led the business transformation of KONE East Africa and Lafarge Sub-Saharan Africa.

Jeff is passionate about renewable energy and its potential to foster sustainable development and social impact. He holds a MSc in Applied Mathematics from Ecole Polytechnique Paris, a Master's Degree in Economics and Management from IFP School, and a certificate from the Emerging Leaders Program at Harvard Kennedy School.
