Power  Systems  Engineer  with  over  15  years   experince  working  for  KPLC  and currently  serving as the County  Business  Manager  for  Vihiga  County. Among the roles I am tasked with include; 1) Coordination of all county functions including; Operation and maintenance,customer service and sales,Debt control, customer experience, development, design and construction of KPLC and customer schemes 2) Upgrading of substations andreinforcement schemes for system reliability 3) Growing sales and drive corporate agenda in the county 4) Enforcing norms, rules and policies for the organization 5) Commissioning of REREC schemes and customer paid capital schemes 6) Championing loss reduction initiatives in the county 7) Discplining and commending best performing staff 8) Revenue collection and debt reduction within the county
