Visa information for foreign nationals

This page is designed to assist foreign nationals with the South African visa process for entering the country.

We can only guarantee to provide sponsors, exhibitors and speakers with visa invitation letters and other supporting documents that are required.

For sponsors, exhibitors and speakers, we will provide:

1. A visa invitation letter from the organiser/host with your visa application details

2. A venue confirmation letter from the venue where the event is hosted

3. The hosts ID document, stamped by a Commissioner of Oaths

4. Our Terrapinn business trade license

Visitors with a free-to-attend ticket must arrange their own visa, we have some useful information to assist with this and you may contact eugenia.thys@terrapinn.com with any questions you may have.
