He is the founder of Crunch Carbon and a key driver behind businesses such as Nuvo Consulting, Nuvo Energy Africa, NuHome, String, Nishati Capital, and INC Solutions Africa. His work centres on building sustainable businesses, unlocking human potential, and developing scalable solutions for Africa’s infrastructure and energy needs. Passionate about social entrepreneurship, Shaun also serves as Director at Vigor Africa, championing initiatives that empower young innovators, including the Green Buffalos programme. With a background in quantity surveying, project management, and digital technology, he blends technical insight with visionary leadership to shape the next generation of African enterprises. Shaun is deeply driven by a love for Africa, believing in creativity, focus, kindness, and bold leadership as tools for transforming communities and driving long-term impact.
