Sentle Nell is a recognised African climate justice leader, strategist, and moderator with over a decade of experience working at the intersection of energy policy, climate finance, community development, and sustainable infrastructure. She is the Founder and Managing Director of Estahale Advisory, an African-led climate advisory firm dedicated to demystifying climate change in Africa by translating global climate policy, science, and justice frameworks into actionable, community-centred solutions. Her work focuses on ensuring that climate transitions are inclusive, economically empowering, and socially just, particularly for communities in the Global South. Sentle is known for her ability to bridge grassroots realities with high-level policy and finance conversations—making complex topics accessible, practical, and action-oriented.
