Sanele Dlamini is the Managing Director of Sunele Energía Grupo, where he leads strategic initiatives focused on renewable energy development, operations, and technical advisory across Sub-Saharan Africa. With extensive experience in solar PV systems, energy storage solutions, and plant operations, Sanele has built a strong reputation for delivering technically robust and commercially viable energy solutions. Over the course of his career, he has held key technical and operational roles with global renewable energy companies including Enel Green Power, ABB, and Globeleq, supporting utility-scale solar projects and providing technical leadership in operations, maintenance, and system optimization. Sanele holds a National Diploma in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Mangosuthu University of Technology and further training in Operations Management from University of Cape Town. He is passionate about advancing renewable energy adoption, strengthening technical capacity in Africa’s energy sector, and enabling sustainable power solutions for growing markets
