Nonjabulo Sokhela is an accomplished leader and CEO of Nepoworx, a socio-economic transformation organization driving South Africa's green economy. With a diverse background in the renewable energy sector, she is a dedicated advocate for ensuring marginalized communities are active participants in the Just Energy Transition. Her expertise spans green skills capacity building, enterprise development, and aligning initiatives with both South African policy and global benchmarks like the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Ms. Sokhela holds strategic positions on the National Business Initiative’s JET Committee and serves as an SDG7 Ambassador for the United Nations. She is currently completing her MSc in Global Energy and Climate Policy at the University of London. Under her leadership, Nepoworx partners with major institutions to implement impactful programs, equipping youth and SIMMEs with future-forward skills for a sustainable and inclusive economy.
