I am a Consulting Electrical Engineer with over fifteen years of experience mainly in the electricity sub-sector at the Kenya’s national power distribution utility Kenya Power & Lighting Company Limited(KPLC) and several other African countries.  
Currently I am the Regional Manager, Mt Kenya at Kenya Power. I am passionate about research, innovations, universal access to energy, zero emissions, optimal technologies and global best practices in the energy sector.
I hold a doctorate degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Johannesburg in South Africa.
